Administrative Collaborator PPE 80-100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

- Management of the current accounting of co-ownerships (PPE)
- Entry and verification of supplier invoices
- Preparation and monitoring of debtor invoicing
- Posting of entries and processing of financial operations
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Checking and comparing accounts to ensure the accuracy of accounting data
- Filing and electronic archiving of documents according to document management procedures (DMS)
- Active participation in improving administrative and accounting processes
- Close collaboration with PPE managers and various internal partners

Profile

- Commercial employee federal certificate (CFC)
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a strong accounting component; experience in real estate or PPE management is an asset
- Very good command of IT tools and ease of learning ERP software
- Sense of responsibility, rigorous, methodical and organised person
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while respecting deadlines
- Open to change and ability to evolve in a constantly changing environment
- Team spirit, flexibility and positive attitude
