The ICT Support Specialist role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional technical support to customers.
Your primary goal will be to ensure that devices, servers, network components, and software are running smoothly and efficiently. As an expert in Microsoft 365 Cloud products, you will provide first- and second-level support, both remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support customer environments including devices, servers, network components, and software
* Provide First- and Second-Level support, both remote and onsite
* Plan, execute, and repair hardware and software installations
* Coordinate with external service providers in software and telecommunications
* Participate in ICT projects and maintain technical documentation
Requirements:
* Completed IT training (minimum EFZ) or extensive experience in ICT support
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Cloud products
* Precise, independent, and analytical working style
* Driver's license Cat. B and willingness for on-call duties
* Fluent English skills (business level)
