Intervene and collaborate with the nurse to carry out a socio-health analysis, contributing social expertise to this analysis and developing short-term intervention projects, while ensuring adherence to legal limits in interventions. Propose to the client and their circle means aimed at reducing the intensity of the crisis or urgency felt; offer them listening and support aimed at restoring their balance and that of their entourage. Conduct a written assessment of each intervention with precision, detailing the services offered and chosen. Evaluate the circuit and relevance of the care provided in each intervention. Participate in team meetings and supervisions outside of intervention hours. Actively participate in sessions with social work students or equivalent title. Ability to manage crises. Comfort in communication and ability to position oneself appropriately in front of various interlocutors. Very good knowledge of Geneva's socio-health network.
