Main tasks
YOUR MISSION
A true partner of management, you ensure the financial management of the company and contribute to the economic visibility necessary for decision-making. From general accounting to full closing
General accounting
Entry of supplier invoices (service providers and partners.)
Bank reconciliations
Cash flow monitoring
Monthly balance sheet
Invoicing and payment follow-up 60%
Management of debtors: invoicing, accounting, reminders, litigation
Issuance of contracts with tacit renewals
Implementation and monitoring of payment schedules
Credit control, management of disputes and handling of collection procedures.
Collaboration with our factoring organization
Budget management and profitability
Participation in the preparation of annual budgets, sales, products, invoices
Preparation of financial projections
Analysis of variances between forecasts and actual expenses
Production of financial dashboards
Tax and social obligations
Preparation of VAT returns
Monitoring of taxes, withholding taxes, and levies
Preparation of salaries and commission statements (internal and external collaborators)
Management of social charges
Personnel administration management
Relations with authorities
Closings and reporting
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Preparation of the balance sheet and income statement
Production of financial reports for management
Updating cash flow forecasts
Internal collaboration
Coordination with the project manager for invoicing follow-up
Control of commercial information
Support to management in financial decisions
Interface with the auditor
Profile
Accounting diploma or equivalent qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Major asset: experience in SMEs or agencies (dynamic environment).
Native French speaker, perfect written and oral mastery, writing skills.
Knowledge of accounting software (Bexio) is an asset
Comfortable with digital tools as well as main IT tools (CRM, MS Office 365)
