To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Global Sales Enablement department, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Service Manager (f/m/d), 100%.
Your tasks:
Provide information to customers as it pertains to available services, prices and new products
Prepare sales proposals, calculate prices within the framework, present quotes to customers and ensure follow-ups
Manage assigned global key accounts
Use the deep company insights you gained to answer inquiries or relay them to the correct specialists at Bachem
Collaborate with our customer service team to manage customer complaints, stock levels and product lifecycle
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Production and external partners to further promote our product portfolio
Meet established company sales quota by obtaining, tracking and renewing orders
Provides sales service activities
Your profile:
Commercial apprenticeship or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Natural Sciences
Initial professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a dynamic and international environment
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Proficient in MS Office applications, experience with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous
Willingness to work during US time zones (5-6 pm)
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international team
Customer-focused attitude, commercial mindset and service orientation
