Your Tasks
Oversee the rollout and execution of the Global IT Strategy across regions and business units.
Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and monitor their impact.
Continuously assess emerging technologies and market trends.
Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across the business.
Define KPIs and governance frameworks for strategic initiatives.
Support innovation and transformation programs that deliver business value.
EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills
Over 6 years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or strategic program management. Preferably worked within a Strategy, Business or IT Consulting company or internal Consulting department within a large corporation.
Strong understanding of digital transformation and business processes.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strategic mindset with analytical and leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated experience in change management and the ability to adapt in dynamic, fast-evolving environments.
Experience in global or matrixed organizations is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is considered an advantage.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
