Main responsibilities: Complete management of the real estate accounting for institutional portfolios (rents, charges, provisions, condominium expenses, statements), Guarantee of the reliability of the P&L and balance sheets of the properties under management, Preparation of annual charge and heating statements (high volume), Monitoring of collections, bank reconciliations, management of intermediate and annual closing processes, Management of real estate VAT (partial), Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes in a context focused on efficiency and with minimal general accounting. Accountant profile (CFC, federal certificate or equivalent), Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate accounting in management in Switzerland, Good understanding of Swiss real estate specifics (statements, heating, provisions, condominium expenses), Comfortable with significant volumes and tight deadlines, Knowledge of Abacus / Abaimmo, Autonomy, rigor, sense of priorities, Willingness to participate in a sustainable project and a stable team.
