Senior Software Engineer in Test
About our client
For our client, who is continuously evolving to create unique value, we are looking for:
Your responsibilities
1. Manage and improve the testing automation setup, i.e., docker images, automation scripts, Kubernetes setup.
2. Participate in the definition of each feature, making sure we always start with a clear set of acceptance criteria that leads to a concise test plan
3. Improve the test suites and framework for unit, integration, functional, end-to-end, and stress testing.
4. Expand our scope of test automation to cover performance, load, security, etc.
5. Collaborate closely with the delivery team on our CI/CD projects
6. Handle L3 support requests (together with the rest of the team)
7. Contribute to the overall product’s architecture and design
8. Participate actively in the technology roadmap
9. Work with the agile iterative/incremental mindset and best practices and participate actively to the different ceremonials
Your profile
10. B.S. or Master in Computer Science
11. Minimum 5 years of experience in software development / QA.
12. Experience working with tools like Selenium, Cypress. Brownie points for experience working with Gatling.
13. Proven experience in working with CI tools like Jenkins and ArgoCD.
14. Proven experience in coding and scripting in one or more programming languages (Java and Javascript/Typescript are a must).
15. Experience with public cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, ...)
16. Experience developing software with scalability, high availability, and reliability properties
17. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
18. Mindset oriented towards continuous improvement, lean thinking, and high-quality work
19. Professional-level English spoken and written – French is a plus
