About the role
You will bridge the gap between complex technical incidents and user satisfaction within a small, expert team. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting and evolving the Microsoft Cloud workplace infrastructure to ensure high system availability.
As a System Engineer, you will manage Level 3 support incidents, automate infrastructure maintenance, and empower users through training and improved service standards.

Work tasks
3. Handle complex incidents escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support.
4. Perform root cause analysis using logs and crash dump data.
5. Deploy automated patches and maintain device security compliance.
6. Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
7. Draft technical procedures and share knowledge with support teams.
8. Create training materials such as tip sheets and short recordings.
9. Deliver training sessions to employees on productivity tools.
We are looking for
10. Student OR Graduated of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
11. Good knowledge of the ITIL framework.
12. Basic knowledge of modern workplace technologies like Entra ID, Autopilot, and Intune.
13. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and basic knowledge of endpoint security solutions.
14. Advanced proficiency in English (C1).
15. Clean criminal record.
16. Responsible / Goal oriented / Stress tolerant / Social
It is meritorious if you have
17. Good knowledge of French and/or German.
18. Developed your own scripts in PowerShell for automation.
19. Basic knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
