POS HV and Back-Office Manager (m/f/d) - CDI - % - Valais Your mission: You will ensure the managerial supervision of our three sales outlets in the High Valais as well as back-office support at headquarters for all our subsidiaries. Your role is primarily to provide local leadership, ensure quality control of the sales points in the High Valais, and streamline back-office processes (systems, digital projects, etc.) in close collaboration with the sales department managers. This position is based at headquarters in Sion with weekly travels to High Valais.Your main activities: You will ensure the managerial supervision of the 3 sales points in High Valais: regular presence on the field, support for site managers, monitoring of sales performance, implementation of standards, and management of coordinates. You will develop the sales segment in the High Valais region as a German-speaking reference: actively support teams, follow up on sales according to the sales manager's directives, relay decisions from headquarters, and interface with local teams. You will oversee all back-office activities at headquarters (manage email boxes, phone calls), organize performance monitoring for the sales points: monthly reporting, and data management (hours, holidays, cash, objectives, etc.). You will manage and ensure the reliability of cash systems and business tools: offers, product management, access monitoring, and support for certain HR processes: entries/exits in systems, reimbursements, prepare and animate sales meeting materials for the High Valais and provide support (minutes, translations) to sales managers for the meetings, participate in and follow-up on events (Christmas markets, local events) in collaboration with various stakeholders. You will take part in cross-functional projects for new tools, processes with a strong component and contribute to that.You hold a vocational diploma in Retail Management, complemented by a (vocational diploma in commerce / federal certificate specialist in SME management) OR a Bachelor's degree in business economics/tourism and have 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of German-speaking environments and excellent knowledge of French (C1 minimum). You are comfortable with tools (office, ERP, cash systems). You have initial managerial experience and a strong leadership posture. You are organized, rigorous, and capable of managing diverse tasks, proactive, autonomous, and comfortable in a role mixing field and management.
