Sharing our experience for a better blue tomorrow. /p h3Purpose /h3 ul liThe Project Construction Quality Manager is responsible for the overall quality management processes throughout the construction phase onsite. /li liYou oversee that all construction activities meet the required safety, quality, and environmental standards, working closely with the project management team, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain the highest quality standards and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou develop, implement, and manage the Construction Quality Management Plan (CQMP) for FPSO projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. /li liYou ensure quality control procedures are aligned with the overall project quality strategy, promoting continuous improvement across all construction phases. /li liYou promote a culture of quality within the project teams, ensuring that quality awareness is maintained throughout all stages of construction. /li liYou oversee quality control activities related to construction processes, including fabrication, assembly, installation, and commissioning of FPSO units. /li liYou monitor and manage inspections, material certifications, welding, NDT, dimensional control, ex, coating, and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards. /li liYou develop and implement the Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and ensure that all non‑conformance reports (NCRs) are properly documented and addressed. /li liYou prepare and deliver regular quality performance reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key quality issues, corrective actions, and improvements. /li liYou collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, procurement, safety) to ensure that quality standards are incorporated into all phases of the project. /li liYou proactively propose and implement process improvements to enhance quality performance and reduce rework or defects during construction findings, inspection reports, and non‑conformance documentation to senior management and clients. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent. /li liMultilingual: Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial, especially for international projects with diverse teams. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum of 10+ years of experience in construction quality management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in FPSO, oil gas, or marine construction. /li liStrong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), HSE standards, and industry codes related to FPSO construction (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM). /li liExtensive experience in construction quality control (CQC) and assurance, including the management of inspections, testing, and non‑conformance management. /li liKnowledge of FPSO design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning processes. /li liFamiliarity with project management software and tools. /li liStrong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical drawings, specifications, and construction processes.
