Job Description
* Manage and develop a finance and purchasing team of 6 professionals
* Oversee monthly financial reporting, performance analysis, and budget control for both entities
* Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management and shareholders
* Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and deadlines
* Collaborate closely with the General Manager (locally) and Group CFO (internationally)
* Ensure clear and timely reporting to the board and executive leadership
The Successful Applicant
* Qualified accountant with a recognised certification or degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
* Proven experience in luxury hospitality
* Familiarity with Swiss financial regulations and hospitality standards
* Fluent English and French
* Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing finance teams
