Project Manager / Lead Assembler 80-100%
Mission:
- Promote, develop and maintain business relationships with the various project stakeholders
- Plan, organise and coordinate large-scale and complex electrical installation sites
- Manage projects/sites which may include several Groupe E products/services
- Monitor and manage contract amendments
- Consolidate execution plans and files with diagrams and technical details
- Ensure financial monitoring of projects
- Keep up to date with technical developments and innovations in the fields of activity and make appropriate proposals
- Train, lead and motivate employees and apprentices
- Participate in the development of the branch according to the policy defined by management.
Profile:
- We are looking for a leader with a Federal VET Diploma as an electrical installer, ideally complemented by a federal certificate as an electrical project manager in installation and security
- Several years of experience in managing electrical installation projects
- Comfortable with administrative tasks, particularly in analysing and monitoring the financial aspects of sites
- Very good knowledge of OIBT and SIA standards
- Team and collaboration oriented
- Entrepreneurial and naturally endowed with leadership, you are motivated by efficiency and value creation
