We are now looking for a Product Manager that is part of FIFA and supports us on our mission.
Key Tasks The Product Manager collaborates with the Business Stakeholders (Product Owner) to create the Product vision and roadmap. The Product Manager is responsible for the Product Backlog according to the priorities given by the Product Owner and is accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle and release planning of the Product, ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities Be accountable for the complete lifecycle of the Products in scope, including delivery, operations, and release planning.
Establish and maintain trust relationships with Business Stakeholders.
Create and agree on a long-term product vision, roadmap, and strategy with Business Stakeholders.
Build and maintain product awareness and coordinate the Product Roadmap across products.
Create and maintain the Product backlog based on priorities from Business Stakeholders.
Lead the Product Backlog delivery, ensuring continuous acceptance from the business.
Ensure the Product delivers a high-quality User Experience.
Understand product requirements and propose innovative solutions.
Coordinate all IT capabilities and involved non-IT areas during the Product Lifecycle.
Manage the Product budget efficiently throughout its lifecycle.
Identify and propose strategies for relevant risks.
Plan and run regular Product Board meetings.

Your Profile Required competencies include:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proven success in delivering projects of various complexities within global, multicultural organizations.
Solid technical background with experience in software development/implementation.
Deep knowledge of delivery methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and development teams.
Experience translating requirements into user stories for web applications.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Conflict resolution skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Experience managing remote teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High accountability, trustworthiness, and ethics.
Customer and results-oriented approach.
Nice-to-have skills include certifications like Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, experience with Service Management and ITIL, and knowledge of Football Transfer regulations.
