The perfect candidate: possesses extensive experience in project management and organizational change management, coupled with a proven history of managing senior stakeholders within intricate matrix organizations. This role demands demonstrated resilience and adaptability to spearhead large-scale change initiatives across diverse markets. The ability to influence, align, and drive decision-making among global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders is essential. Familiarity with pricing processes, commercial tools or system integrations would be considered an asset.
Your Tasks:
1. Co-lead the process/pricing tool implementation integration project, ensuring design, implementation and alignment with the new pricing function mandate
2. Drive organizational change management as a core responsibility, shaping communication, training and adoption activities to ensure smooth transition
3. Manage senior-level stakeholder engagement, including Pricing Squad, Commercial Enablement, IT teams, DiaPrice and other system owners
4. Navigate complex organizational dependencies and competing priorities with resilience and focus
5. Set and embed best practices for governance, communication, and process sustainability at global and regional levels
6. Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful operational handover once stabilized
Your Profile:
7. Min. university degree or similar education
8. Min. 5 years experience in project management and/or organizational change management, ideally linked to process or system transformation at a global scale
9. Strong track record of senior stakeholder management within complex matrix organizations
10. Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in driving large-scale change across diverse markets
11. Ability to influence, align, and drive decision-making across global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders
12. Familiarity with pricing processes, commercial tools, or system integrations is an advantage
13. Fluency in English
