Supplier Sustainability Specialist (EMEA & Group)

This role is full-time, permanent, based in Corporate Region, in Corporate Units, within Procurement Department.
We are looking for a new team member starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
* Drive implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain due diligence and sustainability compliance across EMEA
* Monitor and ensure procurement compliance with sustainability regulations, standards, and EU requirements
* Assess, track, validate, and report supplier ESG performance data
* Maintain and improve sustainability group data, dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools
* Coordinate communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders on sustainability topics for EMEA
* Support supplier engagement, corrective actions and data collection activities
* Contribute to carbon data collection, Scope 3 emissions and Product Carbon Footprint initiatives for EMEA
* Identify opportunities for low‑carbon materials and responsible sourcing
* Participate in sustainability initiatives (e.g., Together for Sustainability) and continuous improvement initiatives
* Act as a key interface between procurement, suppliers and internal teams
Qualifications
* Bachelor's in Sustainability/Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management or similar
* Experience in Sustainability, ESG, or Supply Chain Management
* Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
* Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
* Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Excel
* Experience with sustainability data, reporting and dashboards
* Self‑driven, structured and proactive working style
* Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
* Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions
* Familiarity with GHG accounting, Scope 3 or supplier sustainability is a plus
