* Support pre-sales with technical input and build long-term client relationships
What You Bring:
Engineering degree (HES/EPFL or equivalent) in Automation or Industrial IT
5+ years' experience in service engineering (ideally in pharma or fine chemicals)
Expert-level knowledge of Aveva System Platform
Familiar with GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity
Eligible to work on sensitive sites (e.g., airports)
