Your responsibilities
1. As part of our team, you design and implement BI dashboards to automate existing reporting processes
2. You develop new operational KPIs and performance indicators to measure business results
3. You collaborate closely with sales, product management and supply chain teams to understand reporting needs and ensure alignment with business goals
4. You support the sales team by delivering ad hoc analyses and data-driven insights to inform decision-making
5. You implement automation solutions to reduce manual workload and increase data accuracy
Your profile
6. You have completed a Master degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
7. You demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions and macros)
8. You are eager to learn and work with reporting and data visualization tools
9. You are proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline and automate reporting tasks
10. You communicate clearly and can work independently as well as in a team
11. You have good command of English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage
