We are seeking a Strategic Operations Coordinator to provide high-level support to our leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to manage multiple priorities under pressure, and possess strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
* Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
* Draft, edit, and coordinate executive communications, speeches, and strategic updates.
* Support preparation and follow-up for board and executive meetings, leadership reviews, and client engagements.
* Track and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring follow-up and alignment across functions.
The successful candidate will be highly proactive, accountable, assertive, agile, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* University degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
* Strong communication skills in English, Italian, and German both written and verbal; additional languages are an asset.
* High proficiency in MS Office and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, etc.). Overall IT savviness and experience with Abacus and/or Power BI are an asset.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
