Portfolio Manager Solutions – Metering (m/f/d) role at Endress+Hauser Group. Location: Reinach, Switzerland (Group Services).

Are you ready to own a solution portfolio that supports customers in critical metering applications? This role serves as a central subject matter expert, connecting the Group’s Solutions Business Centre with Production Centres and regional stakeholders, with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities in a corporate setting.
Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted subject matter expert in Metering, guiding teams and stakeholders across the organization
* Lead the development, preparation, and global rollout of assigned Solutions Sales Keys and relevant applications
* Define and communicate the value proposition, scope, and supply chain strategy for metering solutions, ensuring alignment in sales and customer-facing content
* Collaborate with Business Managers, Solutions Architects, and Regional Heads of Sales to grow and evolve the global solution portfolio
* Develop marketing and training materials, including web content, brochures, and internal education tools for technical and commercial audiences
* Ensure strong communication and integration between the Solutions Business Centre and global Production Centres
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, process automation, or related technical or commercial field; master’s degree is a plus
* At least 8 years of experience in technical sales, product or portfolio management, or solution development
* Solid expertise in process automation, specifically metering
* Understanding of global industrial markets and experience with solution-based selling
* Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional, international teams
* Fluency in English; German is beneficial
* Willingness to travel 20–25% internationally
* Experience in oil & gas industry preferred but not required
