Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the local Surgery Marketing Team in Switzerland.
* Deliver on P&L (OPEX and CAPEX) targets.
* Collaborate closely with the local sales structure; translate market insights into strategy and adapt as needed.
* Implement and execute local Franchise Strategic Objectives.
* Engage with regional (EMEA) and global marketing to align activities.
* Manage the portfolio: product launches (LEX), product life-cycle management, pricing, etc.
* Conduct market analysis and segmentation; drive new business models and solutions.
* Create effective sales support tools and digital solutions.
* Oversee product forecast and inventory responsibilities.
* Co-design, shape, and implement the training strategy (Professional and Commercial Education).
* Ensure compliance and monitor internal, legal and external requirements and guidelines (including Health Care Compliance, Regulatory, Complaints, CE, MRD, etc.).
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Advanced degree preferred.
* Strong network and deep knowledge of the Swiss orthopedic and health care environment.
* Demonstrated ability to interact intelligently with surgeons and aligned health care professionals.
* Demonstrated ability to translate clinical benefits of products into economic value to health care providers.
* In-depth knowledge of business management contexts.
* Proven experience in leading complex projects and managing diverse stakeholders.
* Results- and solution-oriented work style.
* Team player with enthusiasm and passion.
* Strong customer orientation and clear, effective communication skills.
* Confident presentation skills and very good IT/MS Office skills.
* Fluent in German and English.
