* Have at least 1 year of proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
* Speak and write English fluently
* Are organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
* Enjoy building relationships and supporting clients long‑term
* Can explain ideas simply and focus conversations on value
* Are proactive, empathetic, and solution‑oriented
Nice to have :
* Experience in an SEO or digital agency
* Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing
* German language skills
Responsibilities :
* Manage and grow long‑term relationships with assigned clients
* Join regular client calls and communicate updates in clear, business‑relevant language
* Spot early signs of dissatisfaction or confusion and address them quicklyLead client onboarding and support seamless cooperation with SEO and project teams
* Keep CRM and internal tools updated with notes, priorities, and next steps
