Key Responsibilities
Lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution, ensuring delivery of measurable value and sustainable outcomes.
Advise clients on optimizing finance operations and end‑to‑end processes across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, controls, and compliance.
Develop a forward‑looking perspective on finance, integrating digital, automation, and AI‑driven solutions.
Shape and deploy agency‑centric AI solutions that enhance decision‑making, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
Advise on finance technology landscapes, including ERP systems, reporting platforms, and digital finance solutions.
Design and implement Finance Target Operating Models, including governance structures, roles, and service delivery models.
Support the design and implementation of shared‑service centres, global business services (GBS), and outsourcing models.
Lead cross‑functional initiatives within larger enterprise transformation programs.
Develop business cases and financial models to support transformation investment.
Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
Contribute to business development and proposal development for new transformation engagements.
Manage and mentor junior colleagues, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across technology, analytics, and change management to deliver holistic transformation programs.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree.
10+ years of consulting experience, preferably in finance transformation or related domains.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes: R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, controls, and compliance.
Proven track record of leading workstreams on client engagements and interacting with senior stakeholder(s).
Hands‑on experience with digital finance solutions and AI/automation technologies applied to finance.
Experience with modern finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, BlackLine, HighRadius, Snowflake, OneStream, Anaplan, or Workiva.
Experience with shared‑service centre transformations or GBS models.
Strong analytical and business‑case development skills.
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken, at least C1 level).
Swiss or EU nationality, or a valid Swiss work permit.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
CFA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA.
ERP implementation experience and best‑of‑breed, data analytics, and cloud‑based finance solutions.
