You will play a central role between development and methods, ensuring the robustness of processes and product quality. Actively participate in production routines and assist artisans with new processes. Identify, analyze, and propose improvements on product/process requests (DM) within a given scope. Participate in investment choices in equipment and define and implement performance indicators; contribute to actions to create and update process documentation and define processes with subject matter experts. Develop technical documentation (articles, plans, instruction sheets, standard times, etc.). Design tools, oversee their procurement, and manage their supply to prototypes and pre-series. Contribute to artisanal know-how in a modern manufacturing environment. Formalize, secure, and standardize artisanal know-how without losing specificity.5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in dial making or in the watchmaking industry. Expertise in dials: finishing, knowledge of artistic trades (engraving, enameling, guilloché, setting…). Mastery of CAD tools (CREO) and PLM (Windchill). Great rigor, a sense of organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong team spirit and a pronounced taste for continuous improvement.
