How You´ll Make An Impact
* Improve daily operations and recommend new procedures and improvements
* Oversee and enhance C&C practices
* Ensure compliance with company and HVDC policies
* Coordinate with Global Stakeholders
* Manage and standardize project data and promote project predictability
* Implement Lean Constructability processes
* Manage HVDC's C&C Strategy and KPIs
* Support onboarding and training
* Follow and promote HSE and Quality standards
* Review HVDC processes for compliance
Your background
* University degree in technical or managerial field
* Experience in large EPC projects and project management
* Proactive risk management and problem-solving skills
* Strong technical and analytical skills
* Leadership and communication skills
* Fluent in English and other languages
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and productivity applications
