This role involves selecting, designing, and operating HR technology systems that enhance talent management, learning, wellbeing, health safety, and sustainability processes across the organisation. The position will work closely with the Group Core Solutions Director and the Group People Operations leadership to ensure alignment with the company’s overall talent and digital strategy. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul libSolution Deployment: /b Implements group-wide People Culture solutions across HR, Learning Development, Health Safety, and Sustainability. /li libRequirements Translation: /b Converts PC business needs into structured functional and technical specifications at group and local level. /li libUser Support: /b Ensures reliable day to day operation of PC systems and responsive service delivery. /li libUser Enablement: /b Provides onboarding, training, and upskilling sessions to drive strong user adoption. /li libLifecycle Management: /b Oversees updates, enhancements, feedback loops, and continuous improvement of PC solutions. /li libVendor Coordination: /b Manages external vendors and partners involved in PC systems. /li libOperational Governance: /b Acts as the central contact for solution-related issues, requests, and improvements. /li libDigital Empowerment: /b Supports HR technology and employee‑experience initiatives at group and local levels. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. /li li8–10 years of experience supporting HR, Health Safety, Sustainability, or related digital domains. /li liProven experience managing ICT projects connected to People Culture or HR technologies. /li liFluent in English and French (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset. /li liStrong understanding of PC priorities, translating business needs into human‑centred HR technology solutions. /li liProactive and autonomous, managing initiatives end‑to‑end while improving reliability, quality, and engagement. /li liTrusted stakeholder partner, ensuring efficient, compliant operations and strengthening user capability through guidance and learning. /li /ul h3Specific Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRMS platforms. /li liExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. /li liOutstanding customer service capabilities, especially in high‑pressure or sensitive HR‑related situations. /li liAbility to diagnose and solve a broad range of technical and functional issues. /li liExperience with vendor and subcontractor management, including contracts and service delivery. /li /ul h3Additional information /h3 ul liOccasional travel may be required. /li liSalary package based on experience. /li /ul pMci group is where you can bring your true self to work and be proud of what you do.
