Description
Cilag AG, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Project Supervisor(in) Optical Inspection (OI) to be located in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects such as MES improvements, qualification strategies, new equipment implementations within the Optical Inspection department.
* Find opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement of existing processes.
* Ensure hands-on, proactive business support for OI Operations, lead the identification and realization of continuous improvement and value stream optimization opportunities.
* Own the Business Units metrics for Tier 3 dashboards.
* Collaborate closely with the stakeholders to deliver effective project execution.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree required; focused degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, or Industrial Automation (Technical, Data Analytics or Statistical degrees) or equivalent is preferred.
Required:
* Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Experience in Operations, Engineering, Quality Assurance, MSAT or Planning.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority, across functional teams and different levels of organization leadership.
* Handling of non-conformances and contact persons regarding investigations as well as the definition of effective CAPAs.
Preferred:
* Experience leading change in a Pharmaceutical and/or other cGMP manufacturing environment.
* Experience in Visual Inspection.
Other:
* Requires fluency in German and English (written and oral).
* Good problem-solving skills and a “can do” mentality.
