Experienced Accountant (M/F) – 80% to 100%

We are a company active in online commerce, composed of a small, collaborative, dynamic and inclusive team. As part of our development, we are looking for an experienced accountant at 80% – 100% to strengthen our team.

Your mission

As an accountant, you will actively participate in all accounting, financial and administrative operations of several companies within the group. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Maintaining general and subsidiary accounting up to closing;
- Managing supplier and customer invoices;
- Monitoring payments and receipts;
- Supporting various administrative and financial tasks;
- Preparing quarterly Swiss VAT returns;
- Accounting management of several entities in foreign currencies;
- Managing salaries, social charges and tax declarations of the companies.

Your profile

- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training (minimum requirement);
- Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting (an asset);
- Minimum 5 years of significant accounting experience in Switzerland;
- Experience within industrial or commercial structures;
- Experience managing multiple companies and multi-currency accounting;
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office and an accounting ERP;
- Rigorous, organised and autonomous person;
- Team spirit and good communication skills;
- Valid Swiss work permit.
