Tasks
* Enhance the autonomy of individuals with disabilities with new ideas.
* Plan and implement processes for high-quality living experiences.
* Support daily activities and social participation for residents.
* Promote the autonomy of people with disabilities.
* Planning, implementation, and control of agogic processes and development topics.
* Accompany and support people with disabilities in daily life activities.
* Promote the participation of people with disabilities in social, societal, and cultural life.
Skills
* Medical training or similar experience is required.
* Strong social skills and flexibility are essential.
* Empathy and teamwork are crucial for success.
Requirements
* Training in the medical field or equivalent.
* Ideally, you have experience in supporting people with disabilities.
* High social competence, flexibility, resilience, as well as empathy and sense of responsibility.
* Enjoy working with elderly people and a respectful approach to all involved.
* Ability to work in a team.
