Overview
6-month high-impact consulting mission at site leadership level. Strategic role combining engineering expertise and project delivery.
Responsibilities
* Act as interim lead for facilities and utilities engineering programs.
* Take ownership of ongoing and critical projects to ensure continuity and delivery.
* Stabilize, structure, and prioritize facilities and utilities engineering activities.
* Lead project execution in line with timelines, budgets, safety, and compliance standards.
* Manage capital expenditure, project KPIs, and reporting to site leadership.
* Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, environmental, and safety requirements.
* Oversee technical documentation, URS, risk analyses, and change controls.
* Coordinate validation activities and support regulatory inspections as needed.
* Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and R&D teams.
* Provide leadership, guidance, and temporary line management to engineering resources.
* Act as escalation point and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
The Successful Applicant
* Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
* Proven experience in consulting or transformational role is an advantage.
* Minimum 5 years\' experience in project or program management.
* Solid experience in facilities, utilities, or industrial engineering in GMP environment.
* Strong exposure to regulated industries (pharma, biotech).
* Solid understanding of ISO standards.
* Hands-on experience with validation and regulatory inspections.
* Ability to quickly assess situations and deliver pragmatic solutions.
* Strong leadership, autonomy, and decision-making capabilities.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
