In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Responsibilities
Career and master’s degree: At IBM CIC, you can combine a promising work environment for the start of your career with a part‑time master’s course at a renowned university of your choice.
The Master Internship@IBM CIC program (2‑3 years) offers professional experience in Consulting while you study. You’ll handle challenging assignments in a team‑oriented dynamic environment and write your master’s thesis in collaboration with your department.
Account and project support activities:
Assisting the financial industry leader in Switzerland
Collating and updating IBM offerings around AI adoption and aligning them to client needs
Creating presentations to position IBM in client meetings
Planning and preparing client meetings, events and workshops
Supporting business development activities and internal reporting on opportunities
Developing response material for proposals
Coordinating sales bids processes and supporting team coordination
Creating material for oral presentation sessions
Producing reports for sales and delivery cadence calls
Qualifications
Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree by September 2026 (or earlier) and plan to start a master’s degree in autumn or winter 2026.
Preferred fields: Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Business Management with a focus on financial markets, corporate finance, or strategy.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage dynamic workloads in a fast‑paced, business‑driven environment.
Clear and professional communication skills with proactive ownership of tasks.
High initiative, curiosity, passion for continuous learning, and a growth mindset.
Strong analytical thinking and interest in financial data, business performance, and economic trends.
Fluency in English and French (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
Swiss/EU nationality or a valid Swiss work permit.
