As a Junior Category Commercial Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing omni‑channel commercial strategies and delivering category growth for MAGGI categories through shopper‑relevant commercial plans.
A Day in the Life of a Junior Category Commercial Development Manager MAGGI
* Play a key role in the strategic “Delivering Category Growth” process by fueling annual commercial planning through key analysis and driving commercial opportunities at customers.
* Analyze shoppers’ buying decisions within the store to give recommendations based on quantitative analysis and shopper studies.
* Deliver clear channel strategies on product assortment and promotional guidelines.
* Lead the preparation of presentations for our customers per category, delivering clear insight‑based commercial opportunities.
* Analyze display performance and lead the redesign of promotional materials for 2027.
What will make you successful
* First experience in the food industry or similar, and/or first experience in marketing, commercial, or finance functions.
* Cross‑functional experience in sales, key account management, marketing, category management, or finance is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Strong stakeholder management competencies and communication skills.
* Fluency in English and German and/or French.
