EXO ARNVIND is seeking a high-energy GenAI Lead for an ambitious AI Startup based in Zürich.
This is a senior-level role designed for a "builder" who can scale operations in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment. You will be the engine room of the company, ensuring that the gap between visionary AI technology and customer success is bridged through flawless execution and project management.
The Role
As the GenAI Lead, you will wear multiple hats—part project manager, part product strategist, and part client advocate. Your mission is to professionalize and scale the startup's delivery capabilities.
* Project & Platform Orchestration: Coordinate complex AI implementation projects and manage the product lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
* Expert Network Management: Curate and lead a high-level network of AI experts and consultants to solve niche technical challenges for clients.
* Process Engineering: Identify bottlenecks in the current workflow and implement automations to streamline operations.
* Communication Hub: Serve as the primary link between the technical team, the leadership, and the customers, ensuring everyone is aligned on goals and progress.
* Customer Success: Support the post-launch phase to ensure clients are deriving maximum value from the GenAI solutions.
Profile Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in the "chaos" of a startup and has the organizational discipline to create order.
* Operations Expertise: Proven track record in Operations Management or as a Head of Operations within a tech-driven environment.
* Project Mastery: Strong background in Project Management, specifically managing software or AI-related product launches.
* Technical Literacy: Comfort with Automations and a solid understanding of the GenAI landscape (LLMs, prompt engineering, etc.).
* Communication: Exceptional English skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
* Mindset: Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in a high-growth, 100% commitment role.
