It consists of two offices: The Office of Labor Market and Working Conditions (ORCT). Reporting directly to the head of the ORCT, you lead the human resources of the surveillance sector and coordinate all the missions there in compliance with federal and cantonal regulations, ensuring the rights of job seekers and businesses. In this capacity, you advise companies and make decisions regarding reductions in working hours as well as cases of adverse weather conditions. You also supervise the monitoring of agencies and represent the service within commissions and working groups at the cantonal and inter-cantonal level in connection with the activities carried out by your office. You develop and maintain solid and lasting relationships with internal stakeholders. Profile Holder of a degree in law or an equivalent qualification, you have several years of experience in a responsible position. You possess excellent skills and demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis abilities. You show good stress resistance as well as great flexibility and availability, while adopting a cross-disciplinary and multidisciplinary perspective, resolutely oriented towards customers, solutions, and results. You also have proven writing skills that allow you to handle complex cases with rigor and efficiency.
