The Directorate of the Socio-Educational Department is looking for a personality to lead a sector of three educational teams and is advertising a position for a Sector Manager (M/F) at an 80% workload. Mission You are responsible for ensuring that the service offer of your sector matches the projects of the residents. You have broad autonomy to guarantee the quality of services of three educational teams. You manage the human resources of your sector within the framework of institutional policies. You work closely with your colleagues within a high-performing and committed team of middle managers. Responsibilities Ensure that the residents' projects are taken into account. Maintain quality links with the residents' networks (internal and external). Ensure a participatory mode of operation within the teams. Ensure compliance with the various administrative procedures related to the management of residents' projects as well as HR management. Coordinate your actions with those of other managers in the institution. Lead and/or participate in institutional and inter-institutional projects. Desired Profile Tertiary education diploma HES (educator, social worker) or equivalent. Ideally a diverse social background, able to bring a constructive and innovative perspective. Skills and interest in supporting vulnerable people and complex social situations. Knowledge of the PPH model and its applications. Interest in developing innovative projects. Successful experience in team leadership; management training is an asset. Regular continuing education.
