* Develop user-facing documentation, including operating manuals, service guides, and software instructions
* Produce assembly instructions and test procedures for manufacturing
* Create and maintain structured content for specific audiences using an XML-based CMS (Schema ST4) and Adobe FrameMaker
* Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards
* Integrate findings from risk analyses into documentation
* Conduct product photography and perform image editing
* Generate technical illustrations from 2D and 3D data
* Write and edit content in both German and English
* Coordinate translation workflows and manage terminology
Qualification
* Degree in a technical field with additional training in Technical Writing, a degree in Technical Communication, or several years of relevant experience
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
* Strong command of DTP, illustration, and image-editing tools (FrameMaker, Photoshop, Illustrator)
* Hands‑on experience with Schema ST4
* Proficiency with 3D illustration tools (e.g., Creo Illustrate, 3DVia Composer, or comparable software)
* Excellent German (native‑level) and English (C1) skills, both written and spoken
* Strong collaboration skills and the ability to gather information from various stakeholders
* Ability to distill complex information and create audience‑specific, compliant documentation
