Lampentasche is a specialized nanny agency in Switzerland. For an international family, we are looking for a responsible nanny for their daughter who is 2 years old. The starting date is upon discussion, ideally January 2026. The family lives very central in Horgen and is interested in long-term cooperation.
Responsibilities:
* Loving care for the daughter on Monday and Tuesday from 08:00 a.m. to 04:00/05:00 or 06:00 p.m. (the family is flexible regarding the hours and is able to adapt to the needs of the nanny)
* Age-appropriate care and organization of activities which can take place indoors and outdoors
* Smaller excursions may also be undertaken at any time, or a music lesson/family café/library or other activities may be attended
* Healthy food preparation (Znüni, Lunch and Zvieri)
* Adherence to the nap time routine
* The parents would appreciate a handover with an exchange/feedback discussion regarding the day
Requirements:
* An extremely reliable and adaptable person who is used to working in a structured household and carries out the tasks as they are discussed
* The loving, responsible and warm treatment of the children is top priority
* Training in the pedagogical field is desirable
* Several years of experience working with children, be it in a daycare, as a nanny or mother of adult children, is expected
* Familiar with a discrete behaviour in the private household
* English and German OR German and Italian language skills (communication with the parents has to be in English)
