ResponsibilitiesProject Initiation & PlanningDefine project scope, objectives, and SMART requirements in collaboration with Product ManagementAlign project goals with broader product launch strategyDevelop comprehensive project plans including resource allocation, budget forecasting, and stakeholder engagementFacilitate project kickoff with all relevant stakeholdersLead multidisciplinary project teams (e.g., R&D, Product Management, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Procurement, Production)Manage project progress according to internal (e.g., SIG process) and external standardsProvide regular direction and maintain focus on targets, timelines, and budgetsDrive proactive risk management and timely reportingStakeholder CommunicationAct as liaison between technical and business units to ensure alignment and shared objectivesCommunicate clearly and consistently with R&D leadership, senior management, and key stakeholdersFacilitate and follow up on essential workshops (e.g., planning, root cause analysis, design reviews, and escalations)Project Monitoring & ControlTrack and manage project KPIs: timelines, quality, costs, resources, and risksCoordinate with finance, controlling, and resource planning teamsEnsure change management procedures are followed effectivelyMaintain accurate and auditable project documentation to ensure full transparencyTechnical OversightProvide oversight for product development and problem‑solving activitiesEnsure verification and validation processes are completed in line with requirementsSupport smooth transfer to manufacturing and external suppliersQualificationsProven experience managing product development and launch projects using a phase‑gate methodologyStrong leadership skills with a track record in matrix organizationsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsDegree from a technical university (business background is a plus)Experience managing large project‑/cross‑functional teams (>20 members) and R&D project budgets > €3 million OPEXFluency in English and German (written and spoken)Strong planning, problem‑solving, and analytical capabilitiesBenefitsWe offer competitive compensation and an opportunity to partially work from home.
