We support all colleagues in Zurich Switzerland to proactively identify, assess, control, monitor and report risks that might affect our strategic, operational and financial objectives. As a Risk Manager, you receive a comprehensive view of our company and engage deeply with our current and future challenges and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for risk management in Collective Life with insights for Senior Management.
• Lead Risk Assessments as part of Total Risk Profiling (TRP), identify emerging risks and monitor them continuously.
• Conduct risk reviews and actuarial analyses for early detection of financial risks and problems.
• Work closely with Product Development, Pricing, Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims and other stakeholders.
• Co‑ordinate with the local CLP Business and Control Committee.

Qualifications

• Higher education in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Physics) or economics with strong quantitative focus.
• Training as an actuary SAV or a comparable qualification is advantageous.
• Multiple years of relevant experience in Collective Life, preferably in Underwriting or Pricing.
• Excellent knowledge of the local Collective Life market and regulatory environment.
• Strong organisational skills, independent work style, high problem‑solving competence and a structured mindset.
• Proficient in German and English.

Additional Information

• Part‑time or full‑time: 80 – 100 %
• Work location: Travel up to 10 %
• Hybrid working: up to 40 %
