The Archives of the City of Morges manage, preserve and enhance the municipal documentary heritage.
Archivist at 80% to 100%.
Responsibilities
* Lead the management of municipal documentation and archiving, supporting the digital transition and the development of the EDM system.
* Ensure the collection, classification, inventory, preservation and security of municipal archives and documentary heritage.
* Manage projects related to archives, heritage enhancement and the improvement of documentary processes.
* Manage artworks and cultural enhancement activities, including exhibitions, loans, publications and heritage events.
* Supervise the Archives entity, including budget management, drafting annual reports and training the apprentice assistant in documentary information.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in documentary information or an equivalent qualification.
* Experience in implementing and managing an EDM system.
* Proficiency in IT, particularly in records management.
* Excellent general knowledge.
* Knowledge of municipal administration and regional history.
* Perfect command of French and good writing skills.
