In this hybrid role, you'll craft engaging content, drive brand storytelling, and shape digital strategy across Instagram, social platforms, and global campaigns. You are part copywriter, part strategist, and 100% passionate about building emotional connections through content that converts.
Location : Plan-Les-Ouates (near Geneva).
Reporting to : Head of Brand Creative Communications
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning :
Supervise and co-lead the creative briefing process in collaboration with project leads and the Head of Brand Creative Communications, providing insights, guidance, and relevant market research and analysis.
Collaborate with creatives, freelancers, marketers, and product teams to conceptualize and script campaign content.
Define and evolve our brand voice across digital and social media, with a focus on Instagram storytelling, Reels, and short-form content.
2) 360° Brand Content Creation & Management :
Fuel creative concept development and content creation with the Head of Brand Creative and communications teams, involving internal and external creative teams.
Manage copywriting deliverables in English and French, including press kits, magazines, film scripts, in-store POS displays, advertising slogans, and brand guides.
Develop compelling copy for advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and tone.
Supervise and mentor freelance copywriters.
3) Social Media Instagram :
Translate product features into emotional benefits in less than 10 words, with fluency in Instagram language.
Plan content themes, posting schedules, and campaign rollouts for global Instagram in collaboration with marketing teams.
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce engaging content.
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and best practices.
Define brand engagement strategies, including interaction with followers and comment management.
Present the content calendar to markets and facilitate adoption of the annual plan.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Strategic Planner or Copywriter in advertising agencies or corporate environments, with strong digital and social media expertise.
Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
Proven experience in creative briefings and benchmarks.
Creative profile with a strong sense of innovation.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Excellent collaboration, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
