POSITION
As ambassador of the Brand, you will actively participate in the development of revenue and profitability in all store areas: sales, operations and after-sales service for Watches and Accessories; and will actively support the team in any activities.
In this role, you will second the Zurich Boutique Director in daily activities and support him/her in coordinating the team of client advisors, while implementing ad-hoc client activation initiatives. You will aim to offer a unique client experience and a top quality of service to develop strong client relationships.
You will continuously manage sales activities related to all product categories; Watches and Accessories, achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives.
In this role, and together with the team, you will also :

PROFILE
For this challenging position as Deputy Manager, we are seeking a managerial and sales Talent with the following characteristics :
* 10+ years Premium & Luxury retail Sales experience
* Exposure to product categories such as Watches, Jewellery or high-end Lifestyle Brands
* Ability and self-drive to motivate, manage and develop a small team of 5pers
* Proven leadership and coaching skills applied to Retail
sales teams
* Solid CRM skills and habits
* A winning personality to easily establish trusting relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
* Fluency in German and English, other languages would represent a definite advantage
* Strong organisational skills
* Attention to details with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Self-motivated, with customer service mindset and creative problem-solving skills
* Excellent presentation as well as oral and written communication skills
