Role Summary
The Engagement Manager in our EMEA Brand and Integrated Research Solutions team is key for delivering innovative solutions to major HQ clients in EMEA. The role involves generating targeted revenues, providing strategic support to address business issues, overseeing high-quality study delivery, and fostering repeat business.
The focus will be on integrating research solutions, such as primary and secondary intelligence, leveraging IQVIA’s broader offerings for meaningful client discussions. Responsibilities include developing proposals, evaluating methodologies, coaching team members, and supporting talent development. The candidate will be passionate about creating new solutions, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality projects across geographies.
Responsibilities :
1. Leading the delivery of the B&IRS offer for key HQ clients in EMEA, deploying appropriate resources and innovations to generate repeat and new business from major accounts.
2. Understanding client needs and developing high-quality proposals to meet those needs.
3. Providing strategic insights to clients, developing actionable solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor on projects.
4. Ensuring scalable offering development across different client issues.
5. Designing research solutions, including data assets, methodology, samples, questionnaires, and discussion guides.
6. Implementing B&IRS business vision and supporting business development.
7. Coaching offshore and junior team members.
8. Managing significant parts of the business to achieve revenue targets.
9. Managing end-to-end consulting and Primary Market Research projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements :
* Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Communications, or Life Sciences.
* At least 10 years of experience in consultancy and market research, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector at an international level.
* Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong interpretation and analysis skills (quantitative, qualitative, data integration).
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
* Creative, client-focused, open-minded, autonomous, and team-oriented.
