Your responsibilies
1. Support the execution of communication and change activities across transformation project, with a strong focus on delivery, coordination, and content development
2. Draft and update communication materials, including emails, FAQs, presentations and talking points, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across stakeholders
3. Maintain and organize core communication materials such as Q&A documents, toolkits, and SharePoint content, ensuring materials are kept up to date and easily accessible
4. Coordinate inputs from HR, communications, and functional teams, track timelines, and follow up on deliverables to support timely and aligned execution
5. Support preparation of leadership communication materials, meetings, and workshops, including agenda preparation and documentation
6. Support execution of engagement activities including manager enablement formats by preparing materials and coordinating logistics
7. Capture and structure feedback from stakeholders and engagement activities to support continuous improvement and transparency
8. Maintain trackers, timelines, and task lists, supporting overall coordination and ensuring visibility of ongoing communication and change activities
Your Profil:
9. 3–6 years of experience in communications, project coordination, or change management
10. Strong writing skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured messaging
11. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
12. Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
13. Experience working in global or matrix organizations is preferred
14. Fluent in English
