Notre client, reconnu pour la qualité de son savoir-faire et son équipe dynamique, cherche à renforcer son équipe avec un(e) :
Technicien Menuisier / Ébéniste (H/F)
Avec brevet fédéral ou titre équivalent
Responsibilities
* Suivi et gestion technique des projets (devis, plans, commandes de matériaux)
* Coordination entre le bureau technique, l’atelier et le chantier
* Réalisation de plans techniques à l’aide de logiciels DAO/CAO (ex. AutoCAD, Imos, etc.)
* Supervision de la fabrication en atelier et accompagnement des équipes
* Contrôle qualité des réalisations avant livraison
* Participation à l'amélioration continue des processus de production
Profile
* Formation de base en menuiserie ou ébénisterie (CFC) avec brevet fédéral ou équivalent
* Solide expérience dans le domaine de l’agencement, de la fabrication et du suivi de projets
* Maîtrise des outils informatiques et logiciels techniques (DAO/CAO)
* Esprit d’analyse, rigueur et sens de l’organisation
* Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un excellent communicant
* Leadership naturel, attitude proactive et esprit d’équipe
