The successful candidate will work as part of the Sourcing and Contracting team, leading low-value tenders and supporting business owners on procurement of IT goods and services. The main responsibilities include:
Providing procurement expertise to business owners.
Advising on sourcing options and strategies in accordance with Procurement policies.
Performing high-value tenders and assisting in low-value tenders for indirect procurement (IT, software & hardware, infrastructure, consultancy services).
Ensuring fair and transparent decision-making.
Drafting contracts and liaising with Legal and other departments.
Negotiating with suppliers.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
A university degree or equivalent (e.g., MA/BA in Procurement or CIPS certification).
At least 3 years of relevant procurement experience, especially in executing tenders for indirect categories or a strong willingness to learn.
Sourcing skills and proven contract drafting abilities.
Experience in leading tenders of 500k+ value.
Good understanding of Purchase to Pay processes.
Negotiation skills and experience with analytical tools.
Business fluency in English; German skills are a plus.
This is a temporary assignment for 12 months, with the possibility of extension or takeover. The position supports a dynamic international team in the finance sector, with a hybrid working model.
