We are looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our Team in our Business Unit Transformers, Ticino.
How you’ll make an impact
* Developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements
* Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing
* Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization)
* Manage After‑Sales projects by ensuring the fulfillment of customer needs
* Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
* May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects)
* On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables
Your background
* Electrical Engineering or mechanical Engineering Background
* 2-3 years proven experience in Project Management with focus on Transformers and Reactors
* Collaboration with diverse number of stakeholders
* Very good knowledge of English and Italian; any other languages are a plus
* Strong communicator, self-driven and open-minded
* Structured and organized person with the ability to work under time pressure
* Team‑player able to build and motivate a project team
