Responsibilities
* Develop and implement global category strategies for Real Estate (e.g., facility services, leases, workplace services) and Logistics (e.g., transportation, warehousing, distribution).
* Conduct market analysis, supplier mapping, risk assessment, and demand analysis to drive strategic decision‑making.
* Define category roadmaps aligned with business goals, savings targets, and operational requirements.
* Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFI/RFP processes and contract negotiations.
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
* Manage key supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement, innovation, and performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Partner with internal stakeholders (Real Estate, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Legal) to understand business needs and ensure alignment.
* Serve as category expert and advisor to senior leadership.
* Ensure transparency of sourcing activities through regular reporting and updates.
Performance Management & Governance
* Track category performance, savings, KPIs, and value delivery.
* Ensure compliance with global procurement policies, processes, and risk management frameworks.
* Support implementation of digital procurement tools and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
Project & Change Management
* Lead or support global and regional projects related to Real Estate and Logistics.
* Drive cross‑functional initiatives to improve cost, service, sustainability, and operational resilience.
* Support change management activities to embed category strategies within the organization.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
* 7+ years of experience in strategic procurement, category management, or sourcing.
* Strong expertise in Real Estate and/or Logistics categories (facility management, transportation, warehousing, etc.).
* Proven track record in leading complex sourcing projects and negotiations.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior‑level communication capability.
* Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills.
* Experience working in an international or matrix organization.
