PpCHORA is a Switzerland-based business ecosystem operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, enterprise communication, and innovation-driven consulting. /p pThrough its companies and initiatives, CHORA supports brands and organisations in building next-generation digital experiences, AI-powered communication systems, and scalable business solutions across international markets. /p pWe are now strengthening our commercial structure and opening a key business development role focused on coordinating outbound activities, managing active opportunities, and driving new business growth across the ecosystem. /p pThis is not a traditional corporate sales management role. /p pIt is a performance-oriented collaboration designed for someone who wants to actively build commercial traction, coordinate execution, and contribute directly to the growth of a fast-evolving ecosystem. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a Head of Business Development to coordinate BDR activities, manage commercial pipelines, and contribute directly to new client acquisition across AI, digital, and consulting services. /p pThis role is focused on: /p ul limanaging and progressing active leads and opportunities, /li licoordinating BDR execution and outbound activities, /li lisupporting commercial negotiations and pipeline growth, /li liand helping scale the ecosystem's business development operations. /li /ul pThe role combines business development, sales execution, and commercial coordination responsibilities within a highly dynamic environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Business Development Sales Execution /h3 ul liManage active leads, prospects, and commercial opportunities /li liDrive follow-ups and opportunity progression across the pipeline /li liSupport proposal development and commercial negotiations /li liContribute directly to new client acquisition and deal closing /li liHelp recover stalled or inactive opportunities /li /ul h3BDR Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate and supervise BDR activities /li liEnsure consistency and quality across outbound initiatives /li liImprove lead qualification and follow‑up processes /li liMonitor commercial execution and accountability /li liSupport optimisation of outreach workflows and conversion dynamics /li /ul h3CRM Commercial Operations /h3 ul liMaintain CRM visibility and pipeline organisation /li liEnsure opportunities are properly tracked and updated /li liSupport reporting and pipeline management activities /li liContribute to improving funnel efficiency and commercial workflows /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in B2B business development, sales, or commercial growth roles /li liStrong execution mindset with hands‑on deal management capabilities /li liExperience coordinating outbound or BDR activities /li liAbility to manage consultative and relationship‑driven sales processes /li liStrong organizational and follow‑up discipline /li liComfort operating in lean, fast‑moving, high‑accountability environments /li liFluency in English and Italian (German is a strong plus) /li /ul h3Strong Plus /h3 ul liExperience in AI, SaaS, consulting, digital services, or enterprise solutions /li liExperience working with international clients and cross‑border opportunities /li liFamiliarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms /li liExperience leveraging AI and LLM tools within commercial workflows /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liInitial independent collaboration structure /li liResults‑driven compensation model /li liHigh autonomy and direct commercial impact /li /ul h3Growth opportunity /h3 ul liOpportunity to help shape and scale the commercial structure of a growing ecosystem /li liDirect exposure to strategic initiatives and international business development /li liPotential evolution into a long‑term leadership role based on results and mutual fit /li /ul h3Trial Phase /h3 ul liInitial 6‑month collaboration phase /li liClear commercial and operational expectations /li liPerformance and alignment review at the end of the period /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
