Drawing on expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operations, and macroeconomics, VCA solves strategic problems for clients.VCA Managed Services (VMS) extends Visa’s consultancy offering, supporting the execution of recommendations and implementation of Visa solutions to enhance competitive advantage and succeed in the digital age.VMS is seeking a Business Analyst responsible for implementing a new commercial offering for our Central European (CE) clients: Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Switzerland.Working closely with clients to develop, build, and implement their revamped commercial offerings, the Business Analyst should have a solid understanding of the payments/cards industry and will be responsible for delivery in an agile environment, requiring strong stakeholder management skills to operate within a complex organization and dynamic program structure.Key Responsibilities:Manage and collaborate with stakeholders across clients, Visa, and third parties to understand and document business requirements.Formulate business requirements based on agile and traditional project methodologies, including user stories and JIRA tasks.Lead workshop preparation and facilitation with processors, IT, legal, and marketing teams.Analyze, design, and implement systems, structures, and processes.Support user acceptance testing and prepare analyses for implementation-related questions and issues.Ensure timely and professional delivery of projects.Coordinate and execute testing phases.Engage with senior management by providing regular project updates.This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing employees to alternate between remote work and the office. Employees are expected to work from the office 2-3 days a week, with a general guideline of being in the office at least 50% of the time based on business needs.Qualifications:What we’re looking for:Excellent client relationship management skills, with strong partner engagement experience within matrix structures.Knowledge and experience in the technical implementation of card issuing products, preferably with virtual commercial cards, and a solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and processes.Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience as a Consultant, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Implementation Manager.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners.Fluent in English and German, both verbally and in writing.Familiarity with Visa’s commercial solutions is a plus.Willingness to travel within Central Europe as needed.Additional Information:Visa is an equal employment opportunity employer.
